1. I do not recognize the charge on my creditcard statement
Your credit card will be charged by OneClick Internet Payments. OneClick Internet Payments is 100% owned by EuropebyMail.com and its subsidiary companies.

On your statement you will find the abbreviation of the webshop (e.g. HBM) and the order reference number.

 
2. The charge on my statement does not match the one on in the confirmation email
This could have several reasons:
  • your order has been shipped with another shipping provider (e.g. not Federal Express but the Postal Services).
  • we charge in Euros. This means the the amount in e.g. US$ will be converted to Euros. If you are a US customer, the statement will show the amount in US$, this means that the amount is converted once again from Euros into US dollars. These convertions can cause a difference.
