3. What does online tracking mean?
Online tracking means that you can track when has the package been shipped and when has it been delivered. Online tracking is provided by the local postal services of your country. Within the European Community online tracking is available on the Dutch postal services website (only in Dutch).

4. No information available when I submit the label number
There can be several reasons why no information is shown.

International Priority shipping inside the European Community
The Dutch postal services depends on the level of information that is provided by the foreign postal services. Only when information is provided by the foreign postal services, information will be available on the website of the Dutch postal services.

On request we can start the manual tracking process (we have to fill in a form, the form is sent via the Dutch postal services to the foreign postal services, wait for an answer, etc.). The manual tracking process can take a few weeks.
