is less suitable for cooking and baking.
What is saccharin?
Saccharin is one of the eldest known sweeteners and has been used successfully over more
than 100 years. It is approximately 400x sweeter than sugar.
Saccharin has a slightly bitter aftertaste, which is hardly noticeable when used in
combination with other sweeteners.
What is cyclamate?
Cyclamate is a sweetener which was discovered 60 years ago. Since then it has been used

Acesulfame-k is a sweetener which was discovered in the eighties. It is approximately 200x

Are the Natreen products 100% safe to use?
The Natreen products are made from very fine ingredients, which have been tested
extensively for their purity. All used sweeteners comply with the existing local and
European legislation and quality standards. From the extensive scientific tests done with
sweetener, it is save to conclude that under normal daily usage Natreen's ingredients do
not pose any risk for public health.
Can one use Natreen during pregnancy or breast feeding?
There are no exceptions for the use of Natreen during pregnancy or breast feeding; it can
be used normally during these periods.
Does the use of Natreen damage your teeth?
None of the Natreen products are damaging your teeth except those Natreen products where
sugar has been added. In these products usage of sugar is clearly indicated on the label.
Can one be allergic to Natreen?
An allergy for additives is rare. Fortunately - to our knowledge - it has never happened
that someone reacted allergically to one of the ingredients of Natreen.
